The 175 by 30-foot Seth McCall is powered by four Cummins KTA-50-M2 diesel engines rated at 1,800 BHP @ 1900 RPM and each coupled with a Twin Disc, model MG-6848 SC, 2.47:1 reduction ratio gear. Each engine turns a Hamilton HM-811 water jet providing a light ship speed of 31 knots and fully loaded speed of 26 knots.
